No place in the world compares with Serengeti - and its neighboring wildlife havens - for the sheer exhilaration of its wildlife experience. And it is so spectacular that it deserves more time to explore and absorb its full-blown beauty.

Allen's safari is an intensive survey of this kingdom of predators, where the thundering herds of the Great Migration cover the plains in countless numbers. Each departure is carefully tailored to put you in the best position for exemplary wildlife viewing - taking into account seasonal animal migratory routes.

Most of these trips are scheduled during Tanzania's "green season," when the plains are filled with animals yet absent of tourists (lion prides are usually our only neighbors in our Serengeti camps!). On this safari you will see more wildlife than you ever dreamed existed.

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

  • In-depth discovery of the Serengeti with Allen Bechky, who’s been exploring it since 1972!
  • See Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Oldupai Gorge as a bonus
  • November trips also visit Tarangire National Park, at its best during this time
