 Itinerary: Mont Blanc Escape: Hiking Switzerland, Italy & France Day 1 - Meet in Geneva, Switzerland, and transfer to Chamonix, France, a pretty mountain village nestled under the flanks of snow-covered Mont Blanc. Days 2-6 - Hiking in Chamonix and the surrounding areas amid the splendid scenery of Mont Blanc. Our hikes will take you through France, Italy, and Switzerland so you'll get a full complement of the fantastic scenery. Possible excursions closer to Chamonix include téléphérique-assisted hikes close to the Aiguille du Midi and to sparkling lakes in the Aiguilles Rouges; other hikes take you to well known refuges with great views of the Grandes Jorasses, to remote valleys where chamois can be seen, and to spots with panoramic views of attending glaciers. All téléphérique costs are included. Day 7 - Transfer to Geneva and depart.
