GERMANY, AUSTRIA, & ITALY: Hiking Munich to Venice
New for 2008!
This unique trip combines stunning mountain hikes with the best of Old-World culture in a mix that nobody else is offering. From the highest peaks of Germany to the canals of Venice, this trip showcases Europe’s absolute best. The journey spans three countries (Germany, Austria, and Italy) and is perfect for the traveler who wants to do it all! The hikes are moderately strenuous, but are rewarded with awe-inspiring views of glacier and high peaks—not to mention comfortable nights in quality hotels with fine European cuisine. You’ll also slip off your hiking boots to tour Munich’s old city center, take in Innsbruck’s dramatic scenery and architecture, and, of course, ride the gondolas along the flooded canals of Venice. No trip explores as much of the continent in two weeks as this one does. You’ve never seen Europe like this!
