Hikes from the colorful ryholite mountians of the remote east, to the icebergs and waterfalls of Iceland's quintessential southern edge!
There’s good reason Víknaslódir Trail was named one of the 25 most beautiful treks in the world by National Geographic Adventure—and we do it best! Most companies take you only to the most heavily-traveled spots; we also take you to the northeast, a remote landscape of lava fields, rushing waterfalls, vast ice caps, and the occasional puffin colonies. Hike over 1,200-foot passes, explore sandy beaches, and end with a relaxing soak in Reykjavik’s iconic Blue Lagoon.
