  • Arrive in Seville

    Day 1

    Welcome to Andalucia! An MT Sobek representative will transfer you from the airport or train station to your hotel. Enjoy your first guided tour of Seville before your welcome dinner at the hotel this evening.

    Accommodation: Alma Sevilla Hotel Palacio de Villapanes

    Experience luxury in the heart of Seville at the historic Alma Sevilla Hotel Palacio de Villapanes, set in an 18th-century palace. Its dreamy rooms are plush and inviting, and equipped with high-end amenities. Relive history in the hotel's airy plant-filled courtyards and enjoy the Sevillian skyline from the rooftop plunge pool.

  • Explore Seville

    Day 2

    Discover Seville's historic wonders on an immersive guided walking tour. Marvel at the city's impressive 15th-century cathedral, the largest Gothic church in the world! Then climb the stairs of the Giralda bell chamber for stunning views and visit the royal palace of Alcazar. Finally, explore the narrow alleyways of barrio Santa Cruz, Seville's medieval Jewish quarter. In the afternoon, visit the Museo de Bella Arts, one of Spain's most important art museums or take a stroll by the Guadalquivir River. Explore Seville's many excellent dining options at lunch and dinner. Guides will give you recommendations for restaurants.

  • Journey to Ronda & Tour the Old City

    Day 3

    After breakfast, transfer to the stunning mountain-top city of Ronda. Settle into your beautiful parador hotel, and then enjoy lunch at your leisure. Your guide will give you recommendations for restaurants in the area. In the afternoon, meet up with your guide to explore the magical sights, including El Tajo de Ronda, a deep gorge connected by an ancient stone bridge; the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda, one of Spain's oldest and most famous bullrings; and the hand of Saint Therese of Jesus, one of the most important holy relics in Spain. Explore Seville's many excellent dining options at dinner.

    With its incredible location high above the Tagus River, the Parador de Ronda is one of the most spectacular hotels in Andalucia. Its rooms are bright and spacious, and come with comfy beds and modern amenities. Step out of the hotel onto the historic bridge and explore the nearby sights, including the old town and bullring.

    Transportation: 2-hour private van transfer

  • See La Ciudad Ronda

    Day 4

    After breakfast, meet up with your guide to explore the magical sights, including the ancient Muslim part of the city, La Ciudad, which retains its medieval character and twisting narrow streets. Walk across the majestic Puente Nuevo (New Bridge) to the other side of the gorge and explore Barrio de San Francisco and the leafy Parque del la Alameda. Later, explore Ronda's many excellent dining options at lunch and dinner.

Leo San Sebastian

Leo was born in the mountains of Spain's Basque Country and made his home in Jaca, in the heart of the Pyrenees, where he spends his winters on backcountry skis. He has been guiding in the Pyrenees for many years, as well as in Nepal, Morocco, Tanzania, Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Pakistan, India, and the French Alps. He has also taught skiing in Colorado. He is an International Certified Mountain Guide (UIAGM) and a professional ski instructor (ISIA). Leo is fluent in English, French, and Basque.
