Arrive at the airport in Geneva, Switzerland and meet your private transfer. Head to the iconic French resort town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, surrounded by majestic Alpine peaks. Once at the hotel, enjoy time to rest, explore this charming village or watch the moonrise.
Take in the crisp Alpine air. After an easy ascent in the cable car, cross towards the pristine waters of Lac Blanc — one of the valley's most famous sites with stunning, panoramic views of the Mont Blanc Massif, Aiguille Verte (or, "The Green Needle") and glaciers Argentière and Le Tour. Descend through the Aiguilles Rouge National Nature Reserve towards the Col des Montets mountain pass, passing by Cheserys Lake. Dare to plunge in for a quick swim? Arrive to Col des Montets and transfer back to Chamonix.
Discover the thrill of Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval and Passy Nature Reserves. Climb past the hamlet of the Ayères des Rocs to reach the Pass of Anterne for awe-inspiring vistas. Descend to glimpse Lac d'Anterne where the steep east face of the impressive Fiz reflects in its waters. Take a beat at Refuge Alfred Wills, named after the well-known British mountaineer, before heading towards the swell of waterfalls. Arrive to Salvagny and transfer to picturesque Samoëns.
Continue towards Lapiaz du Bargy, where bearded and griffon vultures join elegant ibexes on the mountain's steep slopes. Discover the Cenise plateau and head to the Lac de Lessy at the base of Pic de Jallouvre. After lunch, a short climb leads to the pass under the Aiguille Verte. Descend to the resort town of Grand Bornand on the western slope of the Aravis.
After three sporty days of climbing, a more leisurely day awaits. Visit the limestone Glières Plateau in the Bornes Massif, an important site rich in biodiversity and a stronghold for the resistance during World War II. Between mountain forests and protected alpine pastures, discover the native landscapes of the French Alps. Transfer to quaint Annecy, the largest alpine town in Haute-Savoie.
Discover perialpine Lake Annecy, France's third largest lake and Europe's purest lake, viewed from above. From this bird's eye point of view above Annecy-le-Vieux and Menthon-Saint-Bernard, follow the lake along the summit ridge of Mont Veyrier, Mont Baron and Mont Baret. Visit the charming waterfront villages of Menthon-Saint-Bernard and Talloires.
Conquer the region's highest summit for the best view of the lake, and beyond it, the French and Italian Alps. Embark on a steep, but direct climb surrounded by native flora and fauna. Gently descend to alpine pastures, home of the Aravis massif's famous cows, which produce Savoy's celebrated Reblochon cheese.
After breakfast, transfer to Geneva Airport to international flights home, or to other destinations in Europe on your own.
