On Safari
Our African safari adventures in Botswana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa ensure fantastic opportunities to see wildlife on daily game-viewing drives, boat rides, and walking safaris (depending on the itinerary you choose). Nicole Russo
I’ve been immersed in adventure and eco-travel for nearly 30 years, with a deep focus on Africa. I studied wildlife management in Kenya, lived in Tanzania for several years, and have explored much of sub-Saharan Africa—by vehicle, on foot, and even by canoe. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, hiked remote trails, and spent time getting to know the incredible people and wildlife that make Africa so special. I often call the continent “the home of my heart.”

Most of our safari and cultural tours in Africa tours are easy to moderate Level 1, 2 & 3 adventures, mostly between 9 and 14 days in length. Our hiking and trekking tours in Africa, including our Morocco High Atlas Trek and Tanzania Climb Kilimanjaro are more challenging Level 4 & 5 adventures.
