Best for groups that want a proven itinerary on an existing departure date.
Choose a scheduled departure that currently has no bookings and reserve it exclusively for your group. This is the simplest way to go private, with a set itinerary, established logistics, and a date already built into the season.

Option 2: Request a New Date
Best for groups that love the itinerary but need more calendar flexibility.

Private Trip Pricing
All rates are per person, based on double occupancy. Pricing varies by departure date, group size, rooming needs, and seasonal availability. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your private trip and any added services or adjustments will be quoted separately.
Why Book Early?
Private departures are easiest to secure before scheduled dates begin to fill. Once a guest books onto a regular departure, that date may no longer be available for a private takeover.
