There are several ways to get to Moab. For Rafting Trips, we ask that you arrive the day prior to your trip for your 6pm orientation.
The airport is a 10-minute drive to the town of Moab, UT. You can arrange a shuttle from the airport with Moab Express – 435-260-9289 or renting a car with Enterprise Rent a Car in the Moab Airport (CNY) – 435-259-8505.
United and Delta have daily direct flights via Denver International Airport, DEN, Denver, CO
It is a 2-hour drive to the town of Moab, UT from Grand Junction. We recommend either booking a shuttle with Moab Express, www.moabexpress.com or renting a car.
It is a 4.5-hour drive to the town of Moab, UT from Salt Lake City, UT.
We recommend renting a car to get to and from Moab so that you can visit some of the famous “Big Five” parks of Utah, before or after your MT Sobek trip.
If you prefer to shuttle, we recommend Moab Express, www.moabexpress.com, shuttle service starting.
Another option is to fly into Salt Lake City International Airport, SLC, and charter Red Tail Aviation, www.flyredtail.com for a quick 1 hour flight to Moab. Red Tail Aviation is a Moab based scenic flight company who also has charter shuttle flight options. Upon landing you will transfer from Salt Lake City International Airport to the TAC Regional Airport via Uber, Taxi or private transport. TAC is commonly used by private aviation and Red Tail Aviation, www.thearnoldcos.com.
